Kendall Wilson’s Jesuit academic foundation in Economics and Political Science sharpened her analytical thinking and deepened her commitment to educational equity. As a mentor and education interventionist for secondary schooling students, she developed a hands-on understanding of how confidence, structure, and targeted instruction can transform academic outcomes. Her leadership in college recruitment and nonprofit fundraising further revealed the gaps students face when navigating opportunities, resources, and long-term planning.

Beyond her professional roles, Kendall has conducted extensive research on the environmental dangers of AI, including the inevitable impacts of AI, both positive and negative, on the job market in her 2021 thesis paper, as well as the connections between philosophical thought and modern economic institutions. This interdisciplinary lens shapes PbyM Advisors’ forward-looking approach, ensuring students are prepared not only for today’s landscape but for the evolving future of work.

Kendall also brings entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Premier by Marie, an interior design studio reflecting her belief in creativity, curiosity, and intentional living. Having lived in Houston, New Orleans, and Washington, D.C., she carries a broad perspective on community needs and the power of accessible guidance. Prior to launching PbyM Advisors, Kendall worked as a project coordinator and research assistant in economic consulting, supporting bankruptcy litigation, mass torts data analysis, and the financial research of complex organizational structures.
